E-Town Pickleball @ The Warehouse Experiences Rapid Growth in First Six Months
Pickleball has taken the sports world by storm in recent years, and E-Town Pickleball @ The Warehouse is no exception. In just six short months, this indoor pickleball facility has seen incredible growth and success, becoming a hub for pickleball enthusiasts in Elizabethton and beyond.
Owner Michele Zoerb has been instrumental in bringing pickleball to the community, originally starting a program with the Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department. The E-Town Pickleball Club quickly grew to over 300 members, leading to the opening of E-Town Pickleball @ The Warehouse on January 1st of this year.
The facility offers a climate-controlled indoor space with professional courts, allowing players to enjoy the game without worrying about the weather. With open play, leagues, mixers, and lessons available, there is something for pickleball players of all skill levels.
The response from the community has been overwhelming, with players from all over the Tri-Cities coming together to enjoy the sport and build friendships. Many top players in the area frequent the facility, representing E-Town Pickleball at professional tournaments.
Looking ahead, Zoerb has big plans for the future of E-Town Pickleball. With a focus on enhancing the player experience, the facility will be expanding its training and activity options. Leagues, team events, and round-robin group play will all be on the agenda, providing players with even more opportunities to improve their skills and connect with others.
