Sports Camp at KSPO Sports Value Center Provides Short-term Sports Experience for Participants from Hongseong-gun and Sangju

Over 60 participants, including families of children and adolescents, gathered for a two-day sports camp filled with various programs aimed at cultivating sports value. From September 28th, attendees had the opportunity to try their hand at sports like “Pickleball” and “Baseball 5,” as well as archery and rock wall climbing.
The campers were thrilled with the experience, with many expressing their enjoyment of trying new sports and learning about the history and rules of each activity. One participant even mentioned how experiencing archery made them appreciate the skill and dedication of Korean athletes who have achieved Olympic success.
The Seoul Olympic Memorial National Sports Promotion Foundation, which organized the camp, emphasized the importance of providing opportunities for young people in underserved areas to discover the true value of sports.
