Identical Twins Attempt Guinness World Record for Longest Pickleball Rally to Benefit Save the Children

Are you ready to witness history in the making? Identical twins Angelo and Ettore Rossetti are gearing up to attempt a Guinness World Record for the longest pickleball rally, and you won’t want to miss it!

On August 17th at Pickleball America in Stamford, the Rossetti brothers will be aiming for an impressive 10,000 consecutive volleys without a bounce. This incredible feat is all in the name of charity, as the event is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Save the Children, a global humanitarian organization.

What makes this challenge even more impressive is the fact that in pickleball, a volley is a shot hit out of the air before it touches the court. With a seven-foot non-volley zone on either side of the net, the difficulty level is certainly heightened.

The event will kick off at 12 p.m. and will run through 4 p.m., both in person and via livestream. The Rossetti brothers have set a goal to raise at least $10,000 to match their 10,000-volley rally count for Save the Children. Donations can be pledged through the event website.

This isn’t the first time the Rossetti brothers have attempted Guinness World Record titles for charity. In the past, they have raised over $250,000 for various organizations, including Save the Children. Their dedication to making a positive impact in the world is truly inspiring.

If you’re a pickleball enthusiast or simply want to support a great cause, be sure to tune in to this exciting event. And if you’re feeling extra motivated, you can even join as a volunteer, participant, or make a donation to help support their cause. Just email pickleball@rallyforcharity.org to get involved.

Let’s come together to cheer on Angelo and Ettore Rossetti as they strive to make history and make a difference in the lives of children around the world. This is more than just a world record attempt – it’s a demonstration of the power of sports to bring people together for a greater good.
