Belleville Township Introduces Adult Programming with Basketball and Pickleball Leagues
Are you looking for a fun way to stay active and connect with your neighbors in Belleville, NJ? Look no further! The Belleville Township Recreation Department is now offering adult programming for the first time ever, starting with basketball and pickleball games.

The basketball league will feature co-ed three-on-three play on half-court, with games scheduled every Saturday at the Friendly House in the Silver Lake section of Belleville. Teams can have up to five players, with at least one woman and one man on the court at all times.
For pickleball enthusiasts, the township will be organizing a doubles league open to residents 18 and over. Games will take place on Saturdays at the Belleville Municipal Stadium Complex, welcoming single registrants as well.
The deadline to register for both leagues is July 20, with play starting on July 27. The cost is $50 per team, and interested participants can contact 973-450-3422 for more information.
